Refund policy

At Love Babe Boutique, LLC we take great pride in providing excellent customer service to our clients. If for any reason, you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for an exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of receipt. (Final Sale Items are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange.) Please note, Love Babe Boutique, LLC does NOT accept any items that have been worn, soiled, stained, treated or altered. Clothing must be in New or Original condition with Tags Attached. In order to initiate a return, please reach out to us via email to advise us of any issues with your items. We will inspect the items to determine if return is acceptable. For extenuating circumstances regarding refunds, please reach out to us, so we can personally assist you with navigating & rectifying any issues. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, but you will receive a code for a discount off your next purchase. Insurance on return items is highly recommended.

Skincare Purchases, due to the custom & personal nature of the products we are unable to accept returns for used products. We can offer an exchange or credit. Please send us a detailed e-mail with your issues or concerns so we can rectify the situation: lovebabeboutique@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of products.

Custom Skincare favors or orders:

Custom and bulk orders are final once payment is received and materials have been purchased. Changes to quantities, designs, or order details may not be accommodated after production begins.

Exchanges

Love Babe Boutique, LLC is happy to provide you an exchange for another one of our items. Please fill out our exchange form we send to you.

ALL Final Sales items are NON-REFUNDABLE

Other items that fall under this category of non-refundable, or returnable are Swimwear, Underwear, Worn Items, Body Suits, Onesies, items with any odors, stains, or signs of wear.

Store Credit

Store credits issued will remain on file 1 year from order date. If you owe a balance towards an exchange, we will issue an invoice for payment. If you don’t use the store credit within allotted time, you forfeit the store credit.

Refused Packages

Any orders that are refused delivery will be charged original shipping costs, plus the cost of return shipping to Love Babe Boutique, LLC.

Damaged or Defective Items

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted via email within 14 days of order date. Please include pictures. We may request you send items to us for further review. If it is a result of a manufacturing flaw, we will replace your item with the same style, or comparable style if out if stock.
